This is a nice boutique hotel near the airport. There are 2 bus stops just outside the door. The front desk person Flo was extremely welcoming and helpfu. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean.l

The hotel was clean and the air conditioning was a luxury in the summer heat. The breakfast staff probably didn't speak English, and the customer service seemed a bit rude. I'm sure that wasn't their intention though, and I did get the gluten free bread I asked for.

Maybe you are deaf. We already told you it's Cola. And it was the blanket, not the mattress. And we paid for it to be cleaned! What a terrible way to treat your customer. Reviews are to make you better. Such a loser guy! Maybe you only know "bad behavior" and "not normal" to tell your customers!

We stayed for one week and enjoy the stay very much. Very nice and comfort room. Excellent breakfast. Good location near subway, supermarket and roofed marked. Nice and helpful stuff Shuttle from and to airport in reasonable price. Quick response to our inquiries in e-mails before arrival. For guests: Bring your own soap and shampoo, the hotel provides very small soaps. There is not an option to prepare hot drinks in the room, The lobby is provided with tea and coffee machines that is for free ONLY between 15:00 to 22:00.

Hotel about six or seven stops on the tube from the centre. The U station is only a two minute walk away. Rooms were clean and breakfast was fine. Staff on the desk were well informed and keen to help. No restaurant but some places nearby if you wanted to eat out of the centre. Was able to walk from the hotel to the Summer Palace and Glorietta which was well worth the effort.

One of the receptionist was not normal. We accidentally spilled cola to the blanket and told us it was not normal. We apologized and paid for the laundry. Crazy guy.
